We hope that you love our products, but if your purchased items are not what you expected- we are here to help!
We have a 24-hour request for return policy, which means you should contact us within 24 hours since the item was received. In addition, the item must reach us within 6 days from the day you made the request for return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us at hello@birubeeru.com within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send the new item to you.
How do I start a Return?
To start a return, you must notify us at hello@birubeeru.com within 24 hours from the time you received your purchase, stating why you would like to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please ensure that we receive the items within 6 days since you notify us.

How will my returned items be refunded?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How can I track my shipment?
After your order is fulfilled, we will email/ SMS you the airway bill and courier service.
The item I want is sold out. When will it be available?
We will restock some items but not all. Some items can only be produced as a one-off.
Will I be able to request an order for sold out items?
Unfortunately we do not support this feature. Please check our website periodically for updates.

Where does Biru Beeru online store operate from?
Please allow 2-4 business days for items to be shipped to Jakarta from Bali. Delivery time may be affected during Ramadan and other Public Holidays. Larger boxes using wooden crates are shipped via JNE trucking or Dakota which may arrive approximately 7 days.
Where are the products manufactured?
Whether it is tableware, wooden products, furniture or garments, all Biru Beeru's goods are manufactured in-house at our workshop in Solo, Central Java.
